You can upload your resume for local, regional, and national exposure to human resource professionals in your field. Some offer you free features such as creating and posting your online profile and setting up job search agents which send you regular emails containing job openings that match your job choices.

Although almost all of these sites are FREE, some are specialized and may be fee-based.

NOTE: Hiring managers who search resumes on job boards often want only the freshest, most recent resume submissions. This usually means that they exclude searching resumes that have not been updated or "refreshed" in over one month. Therefore, it's important that, once you post your profile and resume on a mega job board, you return at least once a month to use the "refresh" or "update" feature of the site to keep your resume from becoming too "stale."
